Visit Cyprus: You can arrange this yourself. Just tell us the dates and where you are staying. Alternatively we can get quotes for flights and hotels or self-catering accommodation through our Cyprus Property Rentals company. We have some good contacts, and there is no obligation. |

Viewing programme: We put together a comprehensive schedule covering 1 to 2 days, giving you variety in location, style, build time and price, but always within your budget. We don't waste your time. We collect you from and deliver you back to your accommodation (no need for car hire) and we are with you whilst you are viewing, offering independent but experienced and informed advice. If you want to 'back track'; look at a specific area; view more properties or stop completely, you can. You are in control. |

Afterwards: You get thinking time. We leave you alone to get the feel of Paphos and explore. We know that you may like to look around with other agents and this is fine by us - you have given us the chance to show who we are and what we have. We are confident our properties are interesting and competitively priced. If we have something you like, we will answer your questions, arrange for you to view as many times as you like, negotiate with the vendor etc. All our services are there for you. |

Property found: Once you have made the decision, we can take you to a good and trusted independent and experienced English speaking lawyer. All legal aspects are explained, you pay your reservation fee, (usually CY£1,000) and the property is taken off the market for a month. The price is secured. A contract is prepared in English which details everything including payment stages. |

Home then: Job done. You are going home feeling a little apprehensive and very excited. You have found your property (either a re-sale or one under construction) and we are still there to help for as long as you need us. Just pick up the phone to our office in England and we will advise on all aspects e.g. transferring money, moving your furniture, maybe taking your new television or your much loved pets - we have even moved canaries! We don't disappear after we have sold - we stay with you. |
