I have been selling in Cyprus since 1989, especially in Paphos, which I know like a local. I have also bought many properties myself and my first hand experience enables me to understand the needs and anxieties when buying overseas.

I deal with around 15 medium sized developing companies who have proved themselves over the years for quality, reliability, good after-sales service and are financially sound.

I have a very wide selection of Re-sale Properties too that currently account for the majority of sales. Re-sales have many obvious benefits, namely the property is completed, you can see its exact size, views from the windows and usually they come with a large amount of extras included in the price. I know all of the properties and projects personally and can talk with authority about them. I rarely need to involve other agents.

My services are free to you. I am with you from the beginning of the transaction and will stay around for as long as you need me. Many of my clients come to me as a result of recommendations and return when they want to buy and sell again.
